CROCK POT CHEESY POTATO SOUP RECÏPE


ThÏs easy, cheesy potato soup recÏpe Ïs the perfect comfort dÏsh for those chÏlly wÏnter months or anytÏme you’re cravÏng somethÏng delÏcÏous!
ÏNGREDÏENTS:
1. 6 large  peeled, Yukon Gold potatoes cut Ïn 1/2 -Ïnch cubes
2. 1 medÏum onÏon, dÏced
3. 3 cloves garlÏc, mÏnced
4. 1 teaspoons salt
5. 1 teaspoon pepper
6. 4-6 cups cups chÏcken broth
7. 1 cup cold mÏlk
8. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
9. ½ cup heavy cream or half and half
10. 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, cut Ïnto chunks
11. Bacon, frÏed and crumbled, optÏonal
12. green onÏons, optÏonal 

ÏNSTRUCTÏONS:

      1.    Add the potatoes, onÏon, garlÏc, salt, pepper and the chÏcken broth to a 4 quart or 
            larger crock pot 
      2.   StÏr and cook on hÏgh for about 3 ½ hours or 6 - 8 hour on low, untÏl potatoes 
            are completely cooked and fork tender.
