WHITE VELVET SÚGAR COOKIES

These white velvet súgar cookies júst might be the softest, most delicioús súgar cookies yoú'll ever meet thanks to the secret ingredient that makes them úniqúe AND perfect! 

INGREDIENTS

  1.  2 cúps (16 oúnces, 4 sticks) bútter, softened to room temperatúre
  2.  8 oúnce package cream cheese, softened to room temperatúre
  3.  2 cúps (15 oúnces) granúlated súgar
  4.  2 large egg yolks
  5.  1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  6.  4 3/4 cúps (23.75 oúnces) all-púrpose floúr
  7.  1/4 teaspoon salt

INSTRÚCTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl with a handheld electric mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the bútter and cream cheese úntil light and flúffy, 2-3 minútes, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. Add the súgar, egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well, another 1-2 minútes.
