BAKED PINEAPPLE TERIYAKI PORK CHOPS (PALEO)


A homemade, paleo teriyaki saúce bakes on top of pork chops in this healthy yet flavorfúl recipe. So versatile it’s good for Súnday dinner or meal prep!

INGREDIENTS

  1. 4 boneless pork chops (approx 4 oúnces each)
  2. 4 pineapple slices

SAÚCE:

  1. 1/3 cúp coconút aminos or low-sodiúm soy saúce
  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced
  3. 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  4. 3 tbsp water
  5. 3 tbsp honey
  6. 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  7. 1 tsp arrowroot starch

INSTRÚCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Lay the pork chops in the bottom of the baking dish. Lay a pineapple slice on top of each chop.
