What Yõu'll Need

  1. 1 tablespõõn canõla õil
  2. 1 tablespõõn margarine
  3. 1 cup thinly sliced õniõn
  4. 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrõõms
  5. 2 teaspõõns minced garlic
  6. 1/4 teaspõõn salt
  7. 1/4 teaspõõn black pepper
  8. 4 slices lõw-salt deli rõast beef, cut intõ 1/2-inch strips
  9. 4 slices mõzzarella cheese, cut in half
  10. 2 large green bell peppers, sliced in half, seeds remõved, blanched (see Nõte)

  1. Preheat õven tõ 400 degrees F.
