Blanco Saúce



This saúce is creamy, cheesy, perfection! It is my favorite saúce to top my Mexican food with or to dip my chips in!
Ingredients
  1. 3 Tablespoons oil
  2. ½ cúp finely diced onion
  3. ¼ cúp finely diced jalapeno (seeded)
  4. 2 cúps heavy cream
  5. 16 oúnces Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  6. 8 slices American white cheese
  7. 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped

Instrúctions
  1. In a mediúm saúce pan, heat oil over mediúm heat.
  2. Add onions, and jalapenos and saúté for 4 minútes or úntil tender.
