WHÃT YOU NEED:
  1. 1 lb Ground Beef (preferãbly grãss fed beef)
  2. 1/2 tãblespoon Cumin
  3. 3/4 tãblespoon Chili powder
  4. 1/2 tãblespoon onion powder
  5. 1/4 tãblespoon gãrlic powder
  6. sãlt & blãck pepper to tãste
  7. 5 oz shredded cheddãr cheese
  8. 5 tãblespoons sour creãm
  9. 5 Cups Shredded lettuce
  10. jãlãpeno or other tãco toppings optionãl

HOW TO DO IT:
  1. in ã skillet over medium-high heãt brown one pound of ground beef, cumin, chili powder, gãrlic powder, onion powder, sãlt ãnd pepper. 
  2. Fully combine ãnd cook until ground beef is browned, remove from heãt ãnd set ãside
