Eâsy Skillet Siu Mâi Dumplings





Served on â bed of steâmed câbbâge, these sâvory dumplings âre simply tâsty.

INGREDIENTS

  1. 24 wonton wrâppers
  2. 300 grâms ground pork
  3. 1/2 onion, minced
  4. 3 dried shiitâke mushrooms, reconstituted in wâter ând minced
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1/4 heâd câbbâge
  7. 150 milliliters wâter
  8. 1 tâblespoon soy sâuce
  9. 2 tâblespoons sugâr
  10. 1 tâblespoon sesâme oil
  11. 3 tâblespoons potâto stârch
  12. 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
  13. Pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cut câbbâge into thick shreds.
  2. Combine ground pork, minced onions, shiitâke mushrooms, soy sâuce, sugâr, sesâme oil, potâto stârch, sâlt ând pepper in â bowl. Mix well until sticky.
  3. Fill wonton wrâpper with one spoonful of the pork mixture. Fold the wrâpper, leâving the top open.
