APARAGÚS
- 14 oz asparagús, trimmed(395 g)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
SALMON
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoons honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 oz salmon, 4 fillets(170 g)
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Add the asparagús onto a baking tray and coat with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Place salmon fillets in the middle of the baking tray.
