Shrimp And Asparagús Stir Fry (Únder 300 Calories)



This was delicioús! I omitted the ginger becaúse my húsband doesn't like it and added a teaspoon of sesame oil at the end. Very light and flavorfúl! Served over rice.

Ingredients
  1. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 1 lb raw shrimp (455 g)
  3. 1 lb asparagús (455 g)
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. ½ teaspoon crúshed red pepper
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  7. 1 teaspoon ginger, mince
  8. 1 tablespoon low sodiúm soy saúce
  9. 2 tablespoons lemon júice


Preparation
  1. In a large frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over mediúm-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp to the pan, then season with ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon crúshed red pepper.
