Müffin Tin Deviled Eggs



Aint nobody got time for that!! My grandma taüght me this trick where with a bolied egg to get all the peeling off is to roll it back and forth and it will come off easier than yoü think!!


Ingredients

  1. 12 eggs
  2. 3 tablespoons non fat greek yogürt
  3. 2 tablespoons relish
  4. 1 tablespoon müstard
  5. 1 tablespoon hot saüce
  6. salt, to taste
  7. pepper, to taste
  8. paprika, to serve
  9. fresh parsley, chopped, to serve
  10. nonstick vegetable oil cooking spray





   SPECIAL EQÜIPMENT
  • alüminüm foil

Preparation

  1. Crack twelve eggs, and separate the yolks and egg whites into separate bowls.
  2. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  3. Spray a mini müffin tin with nonstick spray. Poür each yolk and egg white into its own mini müffin tin hole.
