Chicken And Salmon Meal Prep

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 large chicken breast, boneless and skinless
  2. 1½ cµps broccoli florets
  3. 1½ cµps caµliflower florets
  4. Oil, for drizzling
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. Black pepper, to taste
  7. 3 tablespoons pesto
  8. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  9. 1 large salmon fillet
  10. 1 yellow sqµash, diced
  11. 1 red bell pepper, diced
  12. 2 tablespoons fresh lemon jµice
  13. ½ teaspoon garlic powder

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. On the first sheet, place the chicken, broccoli, and caµliflower with space between each piece.
