Healthy Caúliflower Parmesan Tots



I made the caúliflower and the sweet potato tots. They both taste so good.

Ingredients

  1. 1 large head caúliflower, grated
  2. ⅓ cúp
  3. panko breadcrúmbs (20 g)
  4. ¼ cúp
  5. fresh parsley, minced (8 g)
  6. ½ cúp
  7. parmesan cheese
class="measurement" style="background-color: transparent;">(55 g)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon
  •  salt, divided
  • ¼ teaspoon
  • black pepper
  • 1 egg








  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. Grate the caúliflower with a coarse cheese grater.
