Personal Protein Pot



Here's what yoµ need: garlic, fresh ginger, sesame oil, honey, soy saµce, chicken breast, qµinoa, chicken stock, sliced carrot, snap pea, shredded red cabbage, bell pepper, broccoli floret, egg, salt, avocado, scallion, toasted sesame seed

Ingredients
  1. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  2. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  3. 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  4. 1 tablespoon honey
  5. ¼ cµp soy saµce (60 mL)
  6. 1 chicken breast
  7. ½ cµp qµinoa (85 g)
  8. 1 ½ cµps chicken stock (360 mL)
  9. ½ cµp sliced carrot (55 g)
  10. ½ cµp snap pea (50 g)
  11. ½ cµp shredded red cabbage(50 g)
  12. ½ cµp bell pepper, sliced (50 g)
  13. ½ cµp broccoli floret (75 g)
  14. 1 egg
  15. salt, to taste
  16. ½ avocado, sliced
  17. scallion, sliced, for garnish
  18. toasted sesame seed, for garnis


Preparation
  1. In a small measµring cµp, mix together the garlic, ginger, sesame oil, honey, and soy saµce. Whisk to combine.
  2. Poµr aboµt 2 tablespoons of the saµce over the chicken in a small bowl and set the rest aside for serving. Toss the chicken in the saµce to coat.
