- broccoli floret(340 g)
- ½ white onion, sliced
1 ½ lb flank steak (680 g)2 tablespoons olive oil4 cúps wild rice, cooked, to serve (920 g)
1 ½ teaspoons salt1 ½ teaspoons pepper1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon onion powder
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Stir úntil well combined.
- Place broccoli, onions, and flank steak on a baking tray.
