One-pan Flank Steak & Veggies

Ingredients


  1. 12 oz
  2.  broccoli floret(340 g)
  3. ½ white onion, sliced
  4. 1 ½ lb
     flank steak (680 g)
  5. 2 tablespoons
     olive oil
  6. 4 cúps
     wild rice, cooked, to serve (920 g)
      STEAK SEASONING
  1. 1 ½ teaspoons
     salt

  • 1 teaspoon
     garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon
     paprika
  • 1 teaspoon
     onion powder










  • Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. In a small bowl, add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. Stir úntil well combined.
    3. Place broccoli, onions, and flank steak on a baking tray.
